By popular demand Permabond is now offering two of its most popular heat cure epoxies in convenient 100ml cartridges, with nozzle and plunger included for ease of application - no dispensing gun required! ES550 is a very popular silver-
coloured toughened heat cure epoxy – ideal for high strength
structural bonding in harsh environments. Often used instead of welding, it offers very high strength and also creates a 100% seal. Typical applications include sealing of heat exchanger tubes, bonding and sealing metal fuel tanks and tool bonding. The adhesive is very hard-wearing making it ideal for bonding tungsten carbide or diamonds for abrasives, cutters, dies etc. ES579 offers great structural bonding performance. It’s a popular
choice for electronic components as it doesn't conduct electricity, yet offers excellent thermal conductivity, helping conduct heat away from sensitive components. These smaller cartridges are ideal for users needing to structurally
bond smaller components, in applications where using large skeleton guns may be difficult, or for low volume users, for whom storage and shelf life may be an issue.
