With increasing demand for technical moulding that require high levels of technical mould setting, it has not only invested in the upskilling of existing team members through external provider trainings with the Polymer Training Centre and other industry bodies, but has also been looking to external labour markets to support the increase in demand. With over 50 years of trading, this is the first time that Pentagon has expanded the number of team members within the setting team to this level. In fact the the overall head count within the organisation has more than doubled within the last two years. This reflects the
exceptional service at all levels, in line with strategy planning for the future.
Not stopping at investment in people, 2025 will see Pentagon take delivery of two new plastic injection moulding machines which will continue to drive efficiency in the manufacturing process. The company will also continuing factory renovations to deliver LEAN manufacture improvements, and increase working areas and efficiencies within the factory setting.
