ANHA® and Mueller Streamline have joined forces to bring a new piping system to the European market: ACR Copper Press. These press fittings are specially designed for refrigeration and cooling systems and are suitable for all conventional refrigerants with operating pressures up to 48 bar.
In addition, they are particularly future-oriented, as they are also suitable for refrigerants with higher operating pressures. Streamline® ACR Copper Press fittings are available from ¼” to 1 3/8”. They stand for both high flexibility and maximum safety: Unique design features, such as the double sealing ring on each side or the connection of fitting and pipe by a double pressing, the exclusion zone between the two sealing elements and the particularly round press profile make the connections extremely reliable. All this results in an exceptionally high level of safety against refrigerant leakage. The operating temperatures of our ACR Copper Press Fittings range from -40 to +120 degrees Celsius, which makes them an ideal choice for applications in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, in VRF/VRV or HVACR installations. Hitachi Air Conditioning launches energy and cost-efficient air365 Max solution for HVAC professionals, architects, and building owners

ohnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Europe announces the launch of air365 Max, a new top- flow variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air conditioning system. The air365 Max is an end-to-end VRF solution that delivers seamless comfort, energy efficiency, and easy installation and maintenance
for professionals, design consultants, and commercial building owners in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) sector. The air365 Max series comes as standard with both heat pump and heat recovery built in, and is available in two models: the standard air365 Max and the high energy efficient air365 Max Pro. Both models are compatible with more than 64 Set Free indoor units, offering unbeatable versatility for all types of installation. SmoothDrive 2.0 technology delivers improved energy efficiency and seamless indoor comfort
Featuring Hitachi’s innovative SmoothDrive 2.0 technology, the air365 Max and air365 Max Pro produce a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of up to 7.35 and 8.38 as well as a Seasonal Coefficient of Performance (SCOP) of up to 4.76 and 5.19 respectively. This best-in-class energy efficiency performance is made possible by superior control of the compressor speed and indoor unit expansion valves while other models in the market use the refrigerant evaporation temperature as an intermediate leverage on the thermal output. The ability to directly control the capacity even at low loads helps to reduce SmoothDrive 2.0 enables air365 Max to operate at stable and precise temperatures that provides greater comfort for building occupants. When combined with other smart features such as Gentle Cool and Warm Feet, air365 Max addresses the issue of cold or hot air drafts and further improves the users’ comfort level.
airCloud Tap – HVAC app for professionals to save installation time and costs
The airCloud Tap is a new generation app launched in 2023 to help HVAC professionals install, read and change Hitachi equipment settings with ease on their smartphones and mobile devices. With the app, installers will have access to more than 200 setting parameters (ranging from basic to advanced) that will support them in optimising the equipment functions and operations. Thanks to contactless near-field communication (NFC) technology, installers can now configure
the equipment and customise its settings by 30% to 50% faster than before, saving both time and maintenance costs.
