Opportunities
An Aon apprenticeship offers an exciting alternative to university, giving school leavers the chance to earn a salary while gaining real-world experience and working towards respected industry qualifi cations. Over 18 to 24 months, apprentices at Aon become part of professional teams, learning directly from experienced colleagues and getting involved in meaningful projects from day one. Apprentices build strong relationships with clients, contribute to important advisory work, and help keep key business information up to date. Aon supports every apprentice with top study packages, covering the cost of qualifi cations like the Chartered Insurance Institute and Investment Management Certifi cate, as well as providing study leave and extra support from coaches. Aon’s apprentices are permanent colleagues, and after completing the
formal programme, they continue to receive guidance and support for their career journey. There are ongoing opportunities to progress through further qualifi cations, while also developing valuable skills like teamwork, communication, and project management. Within two years, apprentices are prepared for promotion and ready to grow into their next role in the fast-moving world of risk management and insurance.
