What one piece of advice you’d give to anyone starting out in business? What philosophy do you live by? It would be that you can’t do it on your own. Your team is the most important part of your business. You must understand what true empathy is, check your ego daily, and make sure those closest to you are the right people for you, for the journey you are on.
