Egle Vinauskaite is a learning strategist and director at Skillbright Labs, an edtech product development consultancy. She creates digital, virtual and blended learning programmes and products. With a degree in Education from Harvard University, she has worked with household brands and education start-ups alike to create learning solutions that serve audiences worldwide.


Melanie Lepine has been working in the HR & L&D world for more than 20 years, predominantly within retail and finance, she has just moved into the real estate sector. Known for her passion for people, as well as innovation and change, she holds a firm belief that HR and learning leaders have a responsibility to influence and drive the strategy and overall results of an organisation.


Dani Saadu is global head of people development at Collinson and a senior global talent, people development professional with a proven track record in developing global people development strategy, designing and implementing global development programmes and interventions. He has 14 years’ people sector experience in pharma, retail and travel.


Ellie Oretti has experience in future talent, HR technology and youth development and manages the onboarding content and experience at Vodafone UK, leads the business-wide adoption of increased digital skills. Since Covid-19, Ellie has digitised the onboarding process; a seamless experience for new starters with a focus on wellbeing, translating workforce culture, and launching new-starter success.


Tania Kirkbride has over 19 years’ experience in L&D, and has implemented quality processes, digital learning systems and programmes, and led the implementation of Strengths-Based Conversations in Cumbria Constabulary which won the 2019 TJ Award for Best Engagement Programme. Recently re-engaging with her appetite for creativity, she now focuses on developing engaging digital learning content at Vodafone.


Sarah Lindsell is global learning & development director at PwC where she is responsible for the global learning ecosystem and the transformation of learning. Leading a global team she has a unique perspective on the challenges of bringing learning closer to work for the 275,000 employees at PwC. She is currently working on defining learning and skills for the world we find ourselves in today.


Nigel Paine is a regular speaker, writer and broadcaster on the topics of development, technology and leadership. Between 2002 and 2007 he headed up the BBC’s Learning and Development operation. He has written three recent books, presents Learning Now TV, and shares a weekly podcast (with Martin Couzins) called From Scratch.


Andy Lancaster leads learning at the CIPD and is responsible for learning solutions to support the people profession. He has 30 years’ experience in learning and organisational development and a research Masters’ degree in instructional design. His latest award-winning book “Driving Performance Through Learning” is available through Kogan Page publishing.


Robin Hoyle, Author, Conference Chair Robin has spent three decades as a strategic L&D leader, trainer, conference speaker and consultant. His experience extends to blended learning programmes, producing TV and e-learning programmes and training other trainers on an international scale.
