• provide a responsive, resource- efficient and cost-effective service, differentiated from others in the field, that shows a creative, flexible approach; and


• are supported by your leadership team to build connections to deliver an innovative and inspirational service in an increasingly global and diverse marketplace.


KEY DATES 2025


The entry statement should say what makes your entry inspirational and how you have built and drawn upon creative connections to achieve outstanding outcomes worthy of being the winner of your chosen award category.


2 VIDEO A simple video (2 minutes) to demonstrate the character of your organisation, supporting the entry statement.


3 SUPPORTING MATERIAL One page of supporting material to reinforce your entry statement should be included.
