Join us as we embark on an adventure with Luca Agnelli, an artist whose music knows no bounds and whose passion knows no limits. Welcome to the electrifying world of Luca Agnelli, where the beat goes on and the energy never fades.

Can you tell us about the inspiration behind your upcoming EP, “Game Over,” and what listeners can expect from it?

“I started these tracks thinking of doing something special for summer festivals, when you play with the sunlight, thinking about the energy the sun gives you while powerful music comes to you…”

“With this EP I wanted to capture and transmit all that vigor to the dance floor. Each track is designed to release an overwhelming and engaging energy, and I’m sure that this is exactly what listeners will feel and experience.”

“I’ve always played what I like, what I feel, and sounds that inspire me and give me satisfaction. Growing, studying, traveling, experimenting I change, I would say I evolve … and of course with me, my sound has evolved.”

“My roots also are important, in my background the- re are many genres from house to techno, from rock to rap, to hardcore and hardstyle, which today I feel close again … and here I am.”

You’ve been associated with various influential labels throughout your career. What drew you to collaborate with ARTCORE Records for this release?

“I have always tried to work with labels that reflect my sound, my mentality, and my musical path. ART- CORE Records attracted me because they share a very similar vision to mine: an “open mind” approach to music, where innovation and experimentation are at the heart. Indira, the mind and soul of ART- CORE, reflects this philosophy and appreciates the fusion of different musical influences, which I find extremely inspiring.”

Both tracks on the EP, “Game Over” and “Let’s Go,” have a distinct energy and intensity. What was your creative process like in crafting these tracks?

“During these productions, I felt very powerful, and I wanted to transmit my energy doing something quite unexpected that left you astonished.”

“Game Over starts with a dark groove and 2 synths intersected when a vocal sample appears to give you something fresh, then when you don’t expect it a hardcore kick arrives, then it slows down and then increases again, a bit like a roller coaster, it takes you up and down, giving you strong emotions at every restart.”

“Let’s Go’ on the other hand, is characterized by this rolling base until you get a shouted vocal which is a real incitement to let go, pure energy, every pause charges you up well and then overwhelms you with synths as fast as a machine gun.”

Your music often blends various styles and influen- ces. Can you share some insights into how you incorporate different elements into your produc- tions?

“I love to blend, contaminate, and create something new and unexpected. My musical philosophy has always been to not limit myself to a single style, but to continually explore and experiment. When working on a new production, I like to play with a variety of sounds, trying to create unique combinations that can surprise and engage listeners. On “Game Over” EP, I wanted to push myself even further. I experi- mented with different sound elements, mixing hard techno and hardcore. I used 2 different speakers to create raw, powerful sounds and added very loud, distorted vocals which I thought were perfect for this project. These voices add a human and almost primordial dimension to the tracks, making the listening experience even more intense.”
