Mike’s new focus on interviews and collaborations is also driven by a desire to reconnect with his creative roots. “Producing without the constraints of a revenue model has been liberating,” he explains.
“I found that financial pressures sometimes blocked my creativity. By exploring other genres and engaging in non-music related activities like kickboxing, I’ve reigni- ted my passion for making music.”
Mike is looking forward to working with a diverse range of artists, including Kofi the Unknown, Jurgen Bouman, Mo Wrights, Sennes, Eric de Man, DJ Menace, Danou P, Jamie 3:26, Noney, Charlton, and Cheb Runner.
“Collaborating with friends and fellow artists is going to be fulfilling, It’s about making music for the sheer joy of it and reconnecting with the essence of creativity.”
As Jo takes on the new challenges of showcasing innovation through GLXY Recs and ‘JOGINDA,’ and Mike transitions to a role focused on interviews and collaborations, the future looks bright for both. Their commitment to pushing boundaries and exploring new musical horizons will continue to resonate with listeners and inspire the electronic music community.
Finally, Mike also expressed his gratitude to the listeners and supporters who have been part of their journey.
This is a good moment to thank you as a listener and reader. Everyone who came out and joined us on our journey, you have been pivotal on our road to making some of our dreams come true. These moments will be treasured in our hearts.
