PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT - WADDINGTON FELL QUARRY FELL ROAD WADDINGTON CLITHEROE


I give notice that Aggregate Industries Ltd is applying to lire Lancashire County Council for planning permission for Ihe vanabon of condibon 2 of permission 03/01/0232 condib'on 1 of permission 03/95/0320 and condib'on 2 of permission 03/95/0360 to permit the conbnuab'on of quarrying operabons and stone sawing until December 2022, including the construclion of a new building to house stone sawing operab'ons with associated internal haul road slocking and storage areas and landscape and environmental improvements to the exisbng quarry access from Fell Road.


The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applicabon relates is situated.


Members of the public may inspect copies of Ihe applicab'on, Ihe plans and other documents submitted with it at Ihe Environment Directorate, Lancashire County Council, Winckley House, Cross Street Preston or at the Planning Department Ribble Valley Borough Council Council Ofiices Church Walk Clitheroe, during all reasonable hours unb'l 9 March2006.
