Any per­ son wishing to make repre­ sentations should do so In writing, within 21 days tram the date of this advertise­ ment to the Director of- Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quot­ ing the reference number.


Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public once the application has appeared on the Planning and Devel­ opment Committee agen­ da. When determining the application it may not always be possible to take account of late representa­ tions received after the 21 day period.


A copy of the application form and plan may be inspected in the Develop-. ment Department within the period stated.
