zled. The success of the Santa Fe 4x4 and the
current Coupe have shown that, for world wide appeal, a more cosmopolitan approach
: to vehicle development is required. But while these models trace their roots to the US, the

Designed to slot into Hyundai’s range between the Arnica city car and the evergreen Accent, the Getz looks set to be the first Hyundai to really shift in serious vol umes here in

Derived from the Clix sports car con cept, the chassis and suspension of the Getz has been designed from the outset to provide a fun drive. Another advantage of that wheel- at-each-comer design is that internal space is optimised. The high roofline and tapering waistline of the car give a pleasantly airy feel.
