AN,eleventh-hour about-turn has been made by developers of the former Ribchester Hospital site. A public inquiry into the non-determination'of
proposals to build 15 homes was called off on Friday. .The hearing was due to have gone ahead on Tues
day at Clitheroe. The developers already have out line planning permission to build 24 homes. Ribble Valley planning officials were expecting a
revised application from the developers to include a larger number of houses.
