THERE is something for everyone at the first Lancashire Garden Fes tival - and you don't have to be a keen gardener to enjoy it. You will find plenty to enjoy during

your visit - from brass bands to bal

loons, clog dancers to classic cars. Of course, the accent is on the garden,

and there will be plenty for gardeners to enjoy, including top displays. There is also an indoor craft fair with top quality hand-crafted items on sale in a wide

range of media. The attractions include helicopter

flights and tethered balloon rides. Hope fully, there will also be a spectacular bal loon event each day, weather permitting. The helicopter rides, in a four passen

ger JetRanger, will be provided by Heliv- Ision, and piloted by Lloyd Joseph Car rington. Prices are £15 for adults, £12 fo

children under 12. Pendle Balloon Company will host the

hot-air balloon rides. All rides in the hot air baloons are free, but a donation to

charity will be appreciated. There is entertainment from the popu

lar clog dance team the Ossy Cloggers, and Slaidburn Silver Band and Clitheroe

Town Band will play. wM.W M i t> IS m
