1 x 5ml sp (ltsp) chilli powder 1 x 15ml sp (ltbsp) tomato puree 397g (14oz) can tomatoes, chopped


BRITISH MEAT


Makes: 8 burgers


Cooking time: Approximately 12-14 minutes Ingredients


1 large courgette, grated 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)


(ltbsp) dried mixed herbs Salt and black pepper


Flour for shaping Oil
