There is to be a special Ladies’ Marquee with a designer fashion show of both men and women's clothes by Sunday Best of Rawtenstall, a display of colour and style co-ordination by Total Image of t’en- wortham and a millinery display by T V personality and hat historian Donald Lovet Fraser, entitled: “Hats Between the Wars.” Additionally, a substantial prize is being offered for the best dressed lady at the show on that day, to be selected by a panel of judges including Leslie Goring, producer of the BBC “Clothes Show .
