shop, Moor Lane, where her book entitled “Susan Brookes’ Yorkshire Kitchen” is selling like hot cakes. Mrs Brookes, who is the TV chef on Granada Television’s “This Morning”,
has impressed the nation with her whol some country-style recipes. At Kaydee she was able to answer people’s ques tions, chat about her work and sign copies of her book.
