NOTICE IS H EREBY GIVEN, that the Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of a Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which Is to temporarily nrohlblt any motor vehicle from proceeding over that length of -shton Terrace/Thorn Street, Clitheroe, which crosses over Low Moor Level Crossing, for a distance of 5 metres on either side of the.level crossing.
