MEMORIES of the days of the silent films at Clitheroe cinemas will be stirred by the news of the death of the former Miss Dorothy Ringrose. Cinemagoers in the late
1920s will remember Miss R in g ro se , la te r Mrs Dorothy Hudson, as the lady who played the piano and ran a small orchestra to accompany films at the former Palladium Cinema. She was then living in lodgings in Pimlico Road. Mrs Hudson, an accom
