THE future of some small libraries in the Ribble Val ley may go under the financial microscope as a re su lt of Government spending cuts. This was revealed to the
Ribble Valley Council’s Recreation and Leisure Committee by district lib rarian Miss Barbara Snell, in response to a question about now libraries would fare in the current finan cial climate. Miss Snell said that the county librarian
