tish Highlands carrying tents, cooking equipment, water and food, was ju s t p a r t of a six- day camping holiday for 10 Chipping Venture Scouts and t h e i r l e a d e r , PC F r a n k

played rugby for Blackburn in his youth, and was a close follower of the Ribblesdale
