Strachans, Den Helder Stores, And Wrist Boa Praça Unite As Wrist Offshore

Three key service providers to the offshore energy sector have announced the launch of a unified brand that unites complementary capabilities.

Strachans, Den Helder Stores, and Wrist Boa Praça, have come together as Wrist Offshore, a single market-facing identity within the Wrist Group.

The launch of Wrist Offshore begins the next phase of Wrist Group’s offshore business, uniting existing operations under a single brand to create a more integrated offshore services platform across seven major maritime hubs, serving more than 70 ports in the United Kingdom (UK), the Netherlands (NL), and Brazil (BR).

The new brand leverages an expanded global footprint and maximises synergies between offshore and ship supply operations, providing customers with access to a broader range of products, services, and expertise.

Strachans, Den Helder Stores, and Wrist Boa Praça will continue to operate as separate legal entities, retaining a consistent, familar brand experience for customers with the added benefit of an expanded service offering through Wrist Offshore.

Commenting on the news Iain Troup, Managing Director of Wrist Offshore said: “Bringing together Strachans, Den Helder Stores, and Wrist Boa Praça creates an exciting opportunity to deliver better value for our customers whilst accelerating our own growth ambitions.

“Together, our extended market reach will enable us to serve customers with a more comprehensive portfolio of offshore solutions.”

Frank Lap, Managing Director, Wrist Offshore NL, added: “Our organisations share a commitment to operational excellence and coming together as one brand offers new opportunities for our employees, customers, and business partners.”

Ulisses Pincelli, Managing Director, Wrist Offshore BR, said: “By aligning in this way, we can grow in key offshore markets while preserving the local expertise and trusted relationships that define our businesses.”

“Against a backdrop of ongoing change in the energy sector, Wrist Offshore remains focused on supporting customers across offshore oil and gas, renewables, and emerging energy sectors in the UK, the Netherlands, Brazil and other markets.”
