Coconut Day is on its way

Rooster Rojo Coconut Milk Punch


Ingredients • 50ml Rooster Rojo Anejo Tequila • 25ml coconut puree • 10 ml coconut syrup • 25ml single cream • 50 ml blood orange juice (if available) or freshly squeezed orange juice


Method Add all the ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice. Shake and strain into a vessel of your choice. Garnish with slices of orange or blood orange, a large edible flower and a strip of lime zest.
