COMPETITION TO LEAD CHARITY’S 2026 BIKE4LIFE RIDE OUT LAUNCHES
Motorcycle enthusiasts are being given the chance to lead more than 3,500 bikes in one of the biggest and most popular biker events in the region.
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is giving two lucky riders the opportunity to ride at the head of the procession as part of its Bike4Life 20246 Ride Out and Festival on Sunday 17th May 2026.
Bikers who have already booked their place in the 2026 Bike4Life Ride Out, or anyone who buys a ticket by 5pm on Thursday 9th April 2026, will be automatically entered into the draw to be in with the chance of leading the Ride Out alongside special guests Carl Fogarty MBE, TV’s Emergency Bikers Mark Hayes & Steve Harris, Ben Pearson - star of Channel 5’s Police Interceptor, and the charity’s motorbike-loving air crew.
To enter the competition, simply buy your ticket for the 2026 Bike4Life Ride Out by visiting
bike4lifefest.com. Two lucky winners and their pillions will then be selected by Tuesday 14th April 2026, with the winners being notified by email.
Since its inception in 2010, Bike4Life has raised more than £950,000 to support the charity’s lifesaving missions. With Midlands Air Ambulance Charity marking its 35th anniversary this year, Bike4Life 2026 is set to be the biggest and most memorable event yet, and no doubt smashing the landmark milestone of £1 million raised in total.
Emma Wood, head of fundraising and engagement for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, said: “The Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival is an important event in the charity’s calendar and every year, bikers from across the UK come together to raise vital funds and awareness of biker safety.
“The launch of our Bike4Life Ride Out competition is always a key milestone in the run-up to the event and we would urge anyone who has not already booked their tickets to purchase them now before Thursday 9th April to be in with the chance of leading the Ride Out of 3,500 bikes alongside our special guests.”
The Bike4Life Ride Out takes place along the M54 motorway and is organised in collaboration with West Mercia Police and National Highways. The event aims to raise awareness of biker safety and generate vital funds for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s lifesaving missions.
