ROSA'S THAI OPENS CHELTENHAM'S HOTTEST NEW RESTAURANT
Rosa's Thai held a fantastic opening party to launch it's new restaurant in Cheltenham, with local foodies, celebrities and special guests.
Co-founder Saiphin Moore is the driving force behind the restaurants iconic dishes, using her family recipes and techniques to bring the true taste of Thailand to the UK. Her humble beginnings from a street food market stall to 43 restaurants nationwide could only be made possible because of her passion for food and cooking, which still rings true today.
Rosa’s bridges Thai and English culture and is a celebration of both countries. Cheltenham’s rich cultural events calendar and it’s charming town feel makes it somewhere we’ve had our eye on, as a place that appreciates arts, culture and great food from across the world.
94 Open now on The Promenade.
MIDL ANDS A I R AMBUL ANCE MISSION RED-DY THANKS TO WEAR IT RED
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is celebrating the success of its annual Wear It Red campaign, with over 100 organisations including schools, groups, and businesses across the Midlands, coming together to show their support for the charity.
From the 10th to the 16th of February, more than 21,000 people across the region took part by donning red and raising over £18,000 which will help make five air ambulance missions and six critical care car missions possible. The charity’s shops across the six regions got involved by creating red themed window displays and encouraging the purchase of red items, adding a further £500 to the total raised.
The campaign inspired participants to come up with innovative and exciting ways to get involved. Dudley Zoo & Castle made a bold statement by illuminating their iconic Tecton turnstiles in red, while Wendy Morton, MP for Aldridge-Brownhills, showed her support in Parliament by wearing red. M6toll, the campaign’s official sponsor, not only participated by wearing red but also hosted a red-themed colouring competition for their team and families.
Wear It Red also received incredible support from schools across the six counties the charity serves. A total of 70 schools joined in the fun, with students taking part in dress-down days, sponsored events, and creative activities. All participants received a special thank you message
