Owned and operated by Eleanor Cadman (MSc RHAD MSHAA), Ash Hearing has recently expanded to the Roman market town of Alcester. Ash Hearing Alcester occupies part of the former Swan Hotel on the corner of Bleachfield Street and Swan Street, and the space has been fully refitted to accommodate state-of-the-art hearing care equipment.
The new location, Ash Hearing’s third branch, links perfectly with the existing clinics in Leamington Spa and Pershore. Each location has been carefully chosen with customer convenience and accessibility as priorities, and feature ground floor clinics, level access and easy parking. Most importantly our warm, welcoming and highly experienced staff will look after you from the moment you make contact until you leave as a satisfied customer.
All three clinics feature video otoscopy and ENT grade microscopes for ear wax removal, plus the option of water irrigation, which means in 9 out of 10 cases even the trickiest blocked ears can be treated successfully in one visit, and for those who do require a follow up visit it is included in the cost. Usually, we can offer appointments within 24 hours which means you can avoid the discomfort and inconvenience of waiting for treatment or referral. Children of school age can also be seen by our senior clinicians for ear wax removal, therefore avoiding the long waiting times associated with NHS pathways.
Hearing tests are conducted in sound dampening booths and your results with next steps will be fully explained with no pressure or obligation. Equipment for tympanometry and Real Ear Measurements complete our high specification offering to ensure we can not only identify issues, but fit hearing solutions that will truly work well for you, enhancing your quality of life.

Our motivation is customer satisfaction; we allow plenty of time for discussion and trialling of hearing aids, until you are truly sure you have made the right decision. After that, regular check-ups and retests are included in the cost of your hearing aids, and the clinics are always happy to see you for support or trouble shooting.
