Company insight Sleek design and
he latest update to Tecnoinox’s gas range for professional kitchens immediately catches the eye with contemporary designs that fit perfectly into any setting and focus first and foremost on optimal hygiene and easy cleaning.
Inside the solution
The deep worktop, with rounded corners, is made with a single sheet of deep- drawn stainless steel, ensuring that food residues and dirt cannot enter the body of the equipment. Rounded corners also facilitate hygiene and cleaning. The main burners and double-flame pilot burner also feature an elegant and functional new design, created in brass and hermetically sealed to the boiling top. This solution protects the burner from splashes and prevents it from being accidentally put out when tossing food in pans.
Hermetic gas boiling tops The real strength of the new boiling tops, however, lies in their outstanding performance. Tecnoinox, offers the highest cooking power available on the market, meeting the needs of even the most demanding chefs: 11/10/6kW for the T90 line and 7.5/5kW for the T74 line, respectively.
The increased power and perfect combustion guaranteed by hermetic burners translate into high energy efficiency and quicker preparation times for dishes, optimising management costs. Suitable for any type of professional kitchen, from Michelin-starred restaurants to company canteens, Tecnoinox gas boiling tops represent a long-term investment in quality and performance that pays. ●
