NO-DIG SHOW 2024 | PREVIEW

TECHNICAL PROGRAM NASTT’s No-Dig Show, in Providence, is to hold 2.5 days of Technical Sessions over April 15-17. There will be full days over April 15-16, arranged in

half-day blocks. The last day, April 17, will be a half-day, morning session – to be followed in the afternoon by the post-event training courses. Throughout the 2.5 days of Technical Sessions the

presentations will be arranged in six parallel tracks. The full detailed program of the Technical Sessions is

being finalized and is expected to be available to review in January 2024. T&TNA will further brief readers in the next issue on the detailed themes and presentations planned for the forthcoming No-Dig Show. In addition to the Technical Sessions, and the pre- and

post-event courses, every 10 hours of attendance at NASTT’s No-Dig Show gives an attendee one Continuing Education Unit (CEU) unit to contribute to formal professional career advancement. The CEUs are issued through Louisiana Tech University.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES During the preparatory weekend, networking opportunities will include the Young Trenchless

Professionals Networking Night with complimentary access, on Sunday April 14. It is aimed for those in their 20s through mid-30s, and can be pre-registered for as part of the No-Dig Show main registration process. On Monday, April 15, there will be a networking

breakfast opportunity immediately prior to commencement of the main event of packed parallel tracks in the Technical Sessions. All full conference attendees are invited to the Opening Breakfast. The day ends with NASTT’s 23rd Annual Educational

Fund Auction. NASTT notes that since 2022 it has raised more than US$1.2 million to support educational initiatives. The second day of Technical Sessions, on April 16,

will be followed by a casino night party. The ‘Casino Royale’ is a ticketed event and replaces the gala awards being undertake in a dinner format of previous years. The awards will take place immediately prior to the casino night activities. Tickets can be purchased during registration to No-Dig Show. Amidst the educational opportunities of the parallel

tracks on the last day – a half-day, on April 17 – there will also be a ‘Recruitment Connection’ period.

Go to: www.nodigshow.com NASTT has a scholarship award program for municipalities, government agencies and utility owners who have limited or no training funds due to economic challenges. The initiative was started in 2013 and applicants do not need to be NASTT members.
