Advanced fibre rope

Marlow Ropes presents a range of high- performance synthetic fibre products engineered for demanding lifting, recovery and towing applications. Showcased at this year’s LiftEx will be the Rhino Sling, HM12 HMPE and Dynaline Defender. The Rhino Sling is constructed from pre-

stretched Dyneema fibre, offering exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and minimal elongation. Its compact design enables reduced sling lengths and optimised D:d ratios in spliced eyes, enhancing load distribution and reducing wear. With rated capacities up to 300t, Rhino Sling is ideal for critical lifting operations in marine, offshore, and industrial sectors where precision and reliability are non-negotiable.

HM12 is Marlow’s competitively priced High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) rope, designed to meet the needs of cost-sensitive lifting and towing applications without compromising on

solutions for lifting and safety

performance. Manufactured with consistent coating and available in black, HM12 delivers high tensile strength, low creep and excellent abrasion resistance. It is stocked in a range of diameters and lengths, offering flexibility for rigging professionals and lifting engineers seeking dependable fibre-based alternatives to wire rope.

Dynaline Defender takes the wire rope

replacement concept of Marlow Winch Line a stage further by adding Marlow’s Max super pre-stretching process. Dynaline Defender offers much higher strength than a standard Marlow Winch Line rope. The higher break load for a given diameter offers a higher factor of safety or the possibility to downsize the rope, thereby allowing a longer length to be fitted on the winch. A winch line without the recoil, easy to handle, very low elongation and lightweight. Come find Marlowe Ropes at its stand 67B.
