LIFTEX 2025
The new Green Pin ROV Pro Shank Hook – Built for subsea performance
At Green Pin, we are proud to deliver premium lifting and rigging equipment that professionals around the world rely on for quality, safety and innovation. Our latest development, the Green Pin ROV Pro Shank Hook, is designed to make subsea lifting operations safer, faster and more efficient. This grade 8 eye hook with a long shank is purpose-built for release and retrieval tasks using a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). Thanks to its wider opening and saddle, you can handle larger slings or attachments with ease, even in the most demanding conditions. We have equipped the hook with a 3-in-1 functionality add-on, which can be operated either manually or by an ROV manipulator. This enables you to open, lock and unlock the safety latch quickly and reliably – helping you save valuable time offshore. Safety and precision were top of mind in our design. The hook tip extension keeps the latch securely in place and improves steering and
connection accuracy, while the smooth finish reduces sling wear. For better underwater visibility, we chose a white-coated hook and orange-coated slider – a combination that also offers long-lasting durability. With a working load limit from 12t to 35t, our ROV Pro Shank Hook is the robust solution you can count on in challenging subsea operations. We are excited to show you more – don’t miss the chance to visit us at our booth, 31B, see the ROV Pro Shank Hook up close, and discover how it can transform your subsea lifting operations.
Bekaert’s Ropes 360 is more than ropes, but complete life cycle care
When it comes to mission-critical lifting operations, performance and safety hinge on more than the rope itself. That’s why Bekaert delivers not only precision-engineered ropes via Bridon, but also a complete advanced services programme designed to maximise safety, extend rope life and reduce downtime. At the heart of this approach is Ropes 360,
a comprehensive life cycle service model that supports customers at every stage, from installation and training to inspection, maintenance, and reporting. By combining decades of rope expertise with advanced technologies, Ropes 360 ensures operators get the very best from their equipment. Inspection is a key focus. Alongside traditional methods, Bekaert Ropes 360 offers Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT), VisionTek inspection systems and drone-based assessments, giving operators deeper insight into rope condition and helping to identify issues before they become critical. Forensic and mid-life analysis services, supported by the Bekaert Ropes Technology Centre,
further enhance safety and predictability. Maintenance and lubrication also play a vital role in extending rope life. Bekaert Ropes 360 dedicated maintenance services include relubrication, re-tensioning, splicing, socketing and repairs, ensuring ropes continue to perform reliably in the harshest conditions. The Brilube range of specialist lubricants, developed in-house, provides tailored solutions for applications from offshore to high-temperature steel making. Training is another cornerstone. Through
tailored courses in rope handling, inspection and socketing, Bekaert Ropes 360 empowers teams to make informed decisions that keep lifting systems operating safely and efficiently. With a unique blend of heritage, global
reach and technology leadership, Bekaert partners with customers across industries such as offshore energy, mining, ports and construction. The result is safer lifting, optimised total cost of ownership and confidence that assets are protected for the long term. Come find Bekaert at booth 31A.
