NORWICH APPROVE BM8 VW TAXI
Bernard Mansell, based in Northampton who specialise in wheelchair accessible vehicle conversions, has now received approval from Norwich Council for their Volk- swagen BM8 Taxi to be used as a Hackney Carriage in the Nor- wich area.
