CLASSES AND ACTIVITIES
SENIOR CLUB 50 yrs and up
Adults 50 years of age and older are invited to join in a wide variety of activities including class- es and trips. The Senior Club is a great place to meet new people and to expand leisure activi- ties. Some of the activities include bingo, exercise classes, country line dancing, craft classes, golf, senior chorus, bowling, billiards, horseshoes, ping pong and much more.

SENIORCIZE 40 yrs and up
Instructor teaches a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of move- ment and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or stand- ing support.

For senior citizens, learning about computers and basic internet skills is not only beneficial for ac- cessing information, its also a great tool for keep- ing in touch with family members. Other health benefits include nimble fingers on the keyboard, playing computer games, and the list goes on.
