CLASSES AND ACTIVITIES


SENIOR CLUB 50 yrs and up


Adults 50 years of age and older are invited to join in a wide variety of activities including class- es and trips. The Senior Club is a great place to meet new people and to expand leisure activi- ties. Some of the activities include bingo, exercise classes, country line dancing, craft classes, golf, senior chorus, bowling, billiards, horseshoes, ping pong and much more.

Instructor teaches a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of move- ment and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or stand- ing support.
