CONDITIONING 5-17 yrs
Hoop sanity is an intense fundamental training program, where participants receive hands on training that develops the whole player; mentally and physically. Each participant goes through a skills assessment and rigorous workouts over the course of the program. Participant skills enhance in the following areas of basketball: dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, scoring, defense, offense and court awareness.
