Exercise and physical activity are good for just about everyone, including older adults. En- durance and aerobic activities increase your breathing and heart rate. Brisk walking or jog- ging, dancing, swimming and biking are ex- amples of exercising adults can perform. Lifting weights or using a resistance band can build strength, and flexibility exercises stretch your mus- cles and can help your body stay limber.

A program that keeps youth off the streets while empowering them to be productive members of society. APC gives youth ages 10- to 18-years-old a vehicle to express themselves in an organized and structured forum. APC is not just a youth pro- gram or a Teen Club, but, its a program where leaders are shaped, friendships are built, and where youth have the ability to bring forth ideas, take action and enact change.
