ASK OUR EXPERTS

If I need a quote for a 747F charter, should I contact AirBridgeCargo or Volga-Dnepr?

Vasily Borychev, Head of Regions, Commercial Department at AirBridgeCargo, answers:

The value of our Cargo Supermarket is that we want to offer a complete solution and make it easy for customers to engage with us. So, you can contact either airline and get the support and information you need for our 747 freighter services as well as our An-124-100, IL-76TD-90VD and Boeing 737F aircraft.

We are interested in learning about the different types of loading systems you have developed. How can we do this?

Evgeny Venikov, Load Planner at Volga-Dnepr, answers:

First of all, if you tell us the type of cargo you need to move, we can show you the loading solution we propose to use. When it comes to loading systems, we use three different variations:

- For self-driven vehicles with big loads per axle. we use shoring shields to spread the load

- For heavy and outsized cargoes which need to be loaded using a rail and ramp system, we have 7 generations of these systems available

REQUEST OUR AIRCRAFT AVAILABILITY LISTING

If you want to receive charter availability for our An-124-100, IL-76TD-90VD, B747 and B737 freighter fleet, all you need to do is email us at

availability@volga-dnepr.co.uk.

- For cargoes which can be loaded through the rear cargo door of the An-124-100, if the shipment is below 20t we should be able to lift it using the aircraft’s onboard crane. For up to 30t we use a special extension for the crane.

Tell us the type of cargo you need to transport and we will show you the loading solution we propose using.
