Q&A
‘Thermo-cells (temperature controlled rooms) at our Moscow hub allow us to store transit cargo until its connecting flight. These cells are located in close proximity to the aircraft which allows us to minimise any risks in relation to extended ambient temperature exposure time.’
What temperature-control facilities can you offer for pharmaceutical shipments in Moscow?
Yulia Celetaria, Global Customer Service Deputy Director, Pharma at AirBridgeCargo, answers:
As part of our abcPharma product, we offer abcPharma Passive (when products are transported using passive packaging solutions) and abcPharma Active (when products are transported in Active Temperature Control containers). AirBridgeCargo has Master Lease Agreements with the world’s leading solution providers such as Envirotainer and CSafe. We also have agreements with other well-known solution providers including Va-Q-tec.
Value-added services that we can offer for Passive TTSP products include Thermal Blankets and data loggers that enable customers to monitor temperature during the complete transportation process.
For transfer cargo via Moscow Sheremetyevo:
