Find out how the experts create beautiful cakes. This 18-hour certificate program prepares you with the basic cake decorating skills needed to start a cake business, obtain a position as an entry level decorator (bakery/grocery store), or for personal pleasure. Learn the perfect techniques in creating beautiful flowers using royal icing, piping embellishments, and an introduction to sugar paste flowers. A list of all required supplies
will be handed out at the first class. Bring to class first night: piping tips (purchase only the tips listed on the online Materials List); disposable piping bags; small pair of scissors; half sheet coated cake board; cake spatula; and a small container of prepared Wilton Decorator’s Buttercream.
