MTC ENTERPRISE CAMPUS WELCOMES ANCHOR TENANT The Midlands Technical College Enterprise Campus celebrated the expansion of The Ritedose Corporation (TRC), the anchor tenant of the college’s 130-acre industrial park. TRC is a full-service pharmaceutical company that invested $10 million to construct a new 150,000-square-foot facility on the MTC site.
