How do I join a Microsoft Teams
meeting? In the meeting invite you’ve received, select ‘Click here to join the meeting’ – Teams will either open in the Web App or Desktop App. You might be prompted to type in your name, then choose your audio and video settings and click ‘Join Now’. Depending on the meeting settings, you will either get in straight away or wait in the virtual lobby whilst the meeting organiser admits you.
How do I set up a Zoom
meeting? Sign in to Zoom – under the ‘Meetings’ tab, click ‘Schedule a meeting’. You are then prompted to fill in the title of the meeting (Marie Curie Brain Game) and the time and date. Click save. This will generate an invitation link you can email to your teammates.
How do I join a Zoom meeting? In the meeting invite you’ve received, click ‘Join Zoom meeting’. Depending on your settings you may need to enter the Meeting ID (sent in the invitation) and your name. Select if you would like to connect audio and/or video and click Join.
