Remember, if you have any technical issues throughout the live stream of the event, click on the ‘Need help’ button on the bottom right-hand screen and one of our technical gurus will help you.
I can’t hear any sound
On a tablet or phone • Check that the audio on the live event screen is set to ‘unmute’
• Check that the sound on your own device is set to ‘unmute’ and is turned up
• Check you are not connected to another Bluetooth speaker or headset where the audio might be playing through
• If you are using a Bluetooth headset, try used wired headphones or your device speaker
• Try using a different browser – we recommend Google Chrome
• Refresh your browser and enter the event again –

Computer • Steps as above, and then; • Right click the Speaker icon in the bottom right and open the ‘Open Volume Mixer’. When this is open, can you check all of these levels are up.
Streaming in low quality/slow speeds
• Refresh your browser • Check your internet connection speed using
www.speedtest.net – if your connection is poor, can you stream using 4G from your device?
