Ride for Responders Benefi t Show September 17 • Carroll County Equestrian Center

Billy Harrison was the announcer for the show that ended up rais- ing $12,000 for the Winfi eld and Lisbon Fire Departments as well as enough funds to purchase two bullet proof K-9 vests for Mary- land K-9 units..
Members from the Hanover Young Marines hung the American fl ag from a crane that hung over the show grounds during the competition.
Despite the rainy weather, Willow Warner was all smiles in the leadline class riding Hershey. She is being led by Ka- tie Harman and supported by her mother Chelsea Warner and Julie Davis.
Jill Carr helped sell Ride for Re- sponders merchandise to raise more funds during the show.

Amy Boone and Kathleen Kohr (left) competed in the costum class even without an actual horse while Kayleigh Pickett (right) included her dog Gator in the competition.
Several riders, including Dylan and Logan, from Coexist Stables in Mt. Airy supported the show by compet- ing in many classes.
