Minnetonka, Minn.-based New Perspective has expanded into Indiana with Purpose First Partners, a venture between New Perspective and Boldt Capital, with three communities in the Indianapolis suburbs, acquired from Justus Senior Living. The 139-unit Woodland Terrace community in New Palestine, which also includes cottage homes, and the 179-unit location in Carmel opened in 2017. The 164-unit Danville community, pictured, was scheduled to open before end of 2021. It also includes cottage homes. All three offer independent living, assisted living and memory care. president of human resources. Wheatley spent almost two decades with Five Star Se- nior Living, recently serving as vice president of health and wellness. Martel was previously vice president of human resources at Tufts Health plan.
