Spice up your workout by joining this dance fitness fusion class that blends body weight fitness moves with fun modern dance breaks to an upbeat playlist. RhythmFit is perfect for anyone seeking an alternative option to a boot camp class or simply enjoys dancing. Fitness moves include squats, lunges and HIIT cardio to get your heart pumping but don’t worry the dance breaks, playlist and the high energy instructor will keep it fun. Participants do NOT need prior dance experience. Please bring a towel/mat.

Stretch & Strengthen Yoga Fee: $55/6 weeks or $10/1 class
Breathe and stretch into those tense places in your body, so that you can feel open and free. This class is designed to help get you out of your head and into your body by learning to move with your breath. You will learn the fundamentals and proper alignment of beneficial yoga poses to stretch and strengthen your muscles from the inside out. However, only walk-in registration accepted for all late registration (if space is available).

Men’s “5-on-5” Basketball All games are played in the gyms at Simms Park or Thompson Park on Wednesday or Thursday evenings.

Full Body Fitness Fee: $55/6 weeks, *11/14 Session: $50/5 Weeks
The focus of this boot camp is flexibility, stamina, and strength. The program combines cardiovascular and strength training exercises in a regimented form using kick boxing, karate, aerobics and calisthenics. Be prepared to amaze yourself as you will find this is the toughest boot camp you’ll ever love! This class is designed for ALL levels of fitness.
