A little common sense while flight planning can go a long way. If possible, limit your time at the extreme altitudes/latitudes; Maintain proper pressurization levels per the operator manual; and, limit the use of body oils/moisturizers/hair products while in flight. This will go a long way in reducing cabin ozone levels.
