Cajun Belle - #03019 Q 61 days. 2010 AAS Winner. Mildly spicy but still sweet, making it the perfect choice to add zing to salsas, salads and stir-fry dishes. Fruits will get hotter the longer they stay on the plant. Mini bells have firm-walls and average 2 to 3” at ma- turity and can be eaten at any stage. Chichimeca Hybrid - #03027 65-70 days. Gigantic, thick-walled fruits are over 4” in length by nearly 2” wide at the shoulders – ideal for stuffing, sal- sas, salads, vegetable dishes and pickled. Mildly pungent fruits mature from green to red and have a Scoville rating of 5,000 to 6,000 units. Can be picked earlier than similar varieties. Performs well in cooler growing conditions.
