WARRANTY: We guarantee that the seeds we sell conform to the label description, as required by State and Federal Seed Laws, within recog- nized tolerances. We make no other guarantees, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise, of the seed or of the crops grown from the seed, other than germination. Our liability for the breach of this guarantee, whether contractual, for negligence, or for any other reason, is limited to either a credit letter for the purchase price or replacement of such seeds, either act of which shall constitute full and complete adjustment and release. As a condition to any liability on our part, we must receive notice of any claim for defective seeds by registered mail within 30 days after the defect becomes apparent. Several states require arbitration or mediation before maintaining a legal action based upon failure of the seed sold to produce as represented. You must file a complaint (sworn if applicable), with any applicable filing fees, with the State Commissioner/Director/Secretary of Agriculture within such time as to permit inspection of the crop by us and any designated agency. If this guarantee is not acceptable, then the seeds must be returned at once in the original, unopened container, and the purchase price will be refunded in full.

2. Phone in your order no later than 10 a.m. CST. (Remember, West Coast customers, that’s 8 a.m. your local time!)
3. Provide an exact street address where you want your order to be delivered. Sorry, we must have more than a Post Office Box number.
4. Pay for your order using your credit card or charge it to your ac- count if already established. Remember that F.A.S.T. Q SERVICE Q shipping charges of $39.95 (2 day service) or $29.95 (3 day service) or $49.95 (3 day service to Alaska & Hawaii, SEEDS ONLY) will be added to your order.
5. Order virtually any seed variety that we carry, up to a 5 pound maximum. If your order exceeds 5 pounds, the delivery charge for F.A.S.T. Q SERVICE Q will be increased by $2.50 for each pound over 5 pounds.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS: Returns can be accepted only within 15 days of delivery and after receipt of a Return Authorization Num- ber from our sales reps. Under no conditions can we accept a return of seed if the package has been opened. Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise or our mistakes in fulfilling your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus delivery charges incurred.
