Graf appoints a commercial wastewater manager for Ireland and the UK
A wastewater specialist with 20 years of experience in the design, sales, installation and servicing of domestic, commercial and municipal systems has been appointed by water management gurus Graf as commercial wastewater manager for Ireland and the UK.
Philip Johnston, who has also been chairman of the Irish Water Treatment Association since 2022, joins Graf from running his own wastewater solutions business, including an online store, for 20 years.
A partner of Graf since 2017, Philip also has more than 36 years of leadership experience across industries as diverse as motorsports
merchandise and service station/ supermarket development.
With Graf Ireland and UK, he will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the division including sales, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. He will also lead cross-functional teams to improve business processes and customer satisfaction, and establish new strategic partnerships with engineers, builders and installers.

Eco Clarity expands FOG recovery hubs across UK
Award-winning green tech company Eco Clarity has announced the expansion of its FOG (fats, oils, and grease) recovery hubs across the UK. Eco Clarity’s breakthrough service and technology collects problematic FOG waste and converts it into a sustainable source of renewable energy.
As part of this growth strategy, the company is updating the naming of its existing hubs to better reflect their regional reach.

The rebranding positions the Hubs as regional facilities, enabling Eco Clarity to serve wider areas and solidify its position as a national leader in sustainable FOG disposal.

By adopting regional hub names, Eco Clarity aims to enhance operational efficiency by serving larger geographic areas more effectively.
This move supports Eco Clarity's vision of establishing a national network of strategically located FOG recovery hubs, delivering sustainable and innovative waste management solutions across the country.
Further regional hubs are planned for the south of England in 2025.
