The Civils Show is perfectly positioned to benefit from increased spending in infrastructure and housing. According to Glenigan, they see growth in water companies implementing their investment programs. Water companies have proposed doubling capital investment to £96bn for AMP8, the next five-year control period, which includes projects such as new reservoirs and river quality improvements.
Other growth will be driven by the continued expansion of fibre-optic broadband and the investment in energy with a focus on renewable energy and grid enhancements, to support net zero goals.
