UV LINING
INSTALLATIONS 150mm - 2000mm pipework
and up to 200m in length Using the latest Ultraviolet Lining
technology enables us to provide our customers with leading edge no-dig drain repair solutions.
UV-cured CIPP liners are infused with a resin that only sets under ultraviolet light compared to traditional CIPP liners which are prepared on site.
We have the capability to cure from 150mm to 2000mm pipe diameters, lining single lengths of up to 200m at a time using the PROKASRO UV Curing System. Our Rig is compact so we can reach tight locations and restricted sites.
We only use the best liner materials and we work with our preferred supplier IMPREG offering a bespoke structural design and chemically resistant liner for any pipe diameter or depth.
■ Signifi cant reduction in traffi c disruption, compared to excavation, hot water, or steam installation processes
■ Static stronger fi nished product - UV liner is 4x stronger than felt liner
■ Environmentally sustainable infrastructure
■ Allows faster installation than traditional CIPP techniques (curing speed up to 2 metres per minute), with minimal disruption to infrastructure and minimal C02 emissions
