When we set out to develop our range of direct drive wheelbases, we wanted to develop the best sim racing wheelbases on the market without breaking the bank. We bought and implemented IP from market-leading vendors, and after years of development of grounds-up electronics, software, firmware, mechanics, cooperation, design, test, and validation, we are now ready! Please meet the 27Nm Invicta and the 18Nm Forte. The wheelbase will serve as the central hub in your simulator, where you can connect your Asetek SimSports pedals, wheels and future peripherals with up to 5 USB-S ports in the rear. The bases come with T-nuts pre-installed in bottom grooves enabling the motor to slide back and forth in your rig without installing long steering wheel spacers that ultimately can compromise the life and reliability of your wheelbase. All Asetek SimSports wheelbases feature our own quick release with integrated electrical connector so you don’t need to rely on any cables or wireless signals. Designed to last. Inspired by real-life formula cars, the Asetek SimSports Forte Formula Steering Wheel has been thoroughly designed by racers and sim racers alike. To achieve maximum stiffness and at the same time allowing you, the user, to easily change the handles and add paddles, we use an injection moulded chassis with a carbon, glass and plastic composite material providing a very high natural rigidity and strength. The ergonomic handles are made in a comfortable, soft and durable silicone rubber. You will have the option to easily change the handles to quickly implement future upgrades to colour, size, shape and hardness. Asetek SimSports Invicta Pedals are the pinnacle of sim racing gear. T.H.O.R.P.™ (Twin Hydraulic Opposing Rapid Pistons) is Asetek SimSports’ hydraulic brake cylinder which gives the racer, the ultimate experience of driving a real racecar. The entire set of pedals are Made in Denmark. Under appreciated by many, half of the steering in a racecar is provided by the pedal input. Available as standard with Brake/Throttle fixed together, or as “S-Series” where they are seperated.

The M.L.C.P.C.™ (Mechanical Load Cell Powered Cylinder) brake cylinder is designed to give you a realistic brake experience. If you have been looking for the best race car brake pedal feel, without going full hydraulic (Invicta), look no further! The brake pedal on the Forte pedal set can be adjusted from soft to hard and it will stay that way, without any degradation over time. While not hydraulic, Forte will still offer you the “hydraulic sensation” of a fully depressed brake pedal, where you can still pressure modulate/trail brake thanks to the 2-stage system inspired by Invicta.
